Protection goes live

Today RMW Web Publishing launched Protection - Online Future Planning. This is a new concept that allows users to view product information about various forms of personal insurance and then apply for it online. The site is built using current web standards xHTML to ensure greater accessibility to a wide and varied audience. The site's layout and presentation is controlled by cacheable CSS and the dynamic behaviours utilises JavaScript to effect the DOM. The client can modify the sites many content modules at anytime using a customised CMS. Each of the forms on the site collect user details securely over HTTPS using an SSL shared certificate. The site also allows for rapid customisation of the "look and feel" by loading different skins based on the URL (example Aussie and ABC).

Another unique feature of this site is that it has over ten different domain names all aliasing the same site. This allows for very specific targeting and tracking of various advertising campaigns.
